Privacy Policy

Account information: if you create an account, we store your email address and authentication details via Supabase Auth.

Order information: when you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number, and delivery address to fulfil and communicate about that order.

Payment information: payments are processed directly by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials — only the payment status and a transaction reference.

Cart & session data:your cart contents are stored in your browser's local storage so they persist between visits. Signed-in sessions use secure cookies managed by Supabase.

• To process and deliver your orders, and to send order and shipping updates by email and WhatsApp.
• To respond to questions you send us through Contact, WhatsApp, phone, or email.
• To maintain your account and order history if you're signed in.
• To improve our products and the site — we don't sell your personal data to third parties.

We share the minimum information needed with the services that run this site: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Razorpay (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), and the WhatsApp Business API (order notifications). Each of these providers processes data solely to perform that function for us.

We retain order records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us — see below.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe and delete data we're not legally required to keep.
